Okay, okay, boots - I'll give you that - it's definitely a holly jolly Christmas for boots, but there are too few wedge boot styles. Wedge sandals? Those you can get in abundance.

What to wear with wedge sandals?

Flirty skirts as well as with shorts or thin summer pants, short shorts and mini skirts - these are made for the sandal. And don't you just love the swish of summer skirts? Wedge sandals are the versatile style of shoe which complete the look of any woman's summer wardrobe and are a stylish accessory that they will use again and again. Accessory? Yes! Meant to accentuate the outfit. Wedge sandals are a great way to update the look of summer clothes that need a little something extra. The right pair of sandals with a wedge heel in colorful hues will go with everything in your wardrobe and keep you from needing to buy lots of other summer shoes. Two of my favorite pair of sandals are wedges and I wear them consistently throughout the spring, summer and fall.

The thing about summer, spring and fall is they're when sixty percent of weddings happen. So, having at least one dressy wedge sandal is not only handy, it's ideal. Weddings mean dancing, mingling - in short, standing on your feet for long periods of time. Instead of wearing a flat to keep you comfy, try a wedge shoe. Even the highest of heels are wearable by most women in this style! Even me, the queen of stumbling, bumbling and wobbling can wear wedges with super high heels without much trouble. Wedge heels are easier for you to keep your balance in as opposed to high skinny heels.

Warmer weather doesn't only mean weddings, it means holidays. Holidays mean shopping, sight seeing, restaurants and all sorts of things that require a shoe that's a) comfy, b) comfy and c) versatile (you thought I was going to say comfy again didn't you!). That's the wedge shoe to a T. Support under the foot, stylish, sexy and beautiful. It's just one more reason wedge sandals are always a good choice rather than a stiletto.
