Flirting with Toes: The Peep Toe Wedge

There are shoes, there are peep toe shoes and then there are peep toe wedges. The peep toe wedge heeled shoe is a sexy, yet modest, way to dress your feet with a little cheeky style. The different styles, brands and colors of shoes will amaze anyone. The fact that many of those are wedges shoes, is be a plus in my book. I admit it, I'm biased. After all, the more they become popular, the more choices I have. I don't like to be relegated to buying certain styles of shoes because they don't offer what I really want. That's been a problem with wedge heels in the past, and in particular peep toe wedge shoes. They've all been designed for casual wear. Thank goodness that trend is over and we can get down to business and see some real funky, classy, fun, casual, formal etc. styles of peep toe wedge shoes.

The Ed Hardy Women's Casablanca Wedge is a lovely peep toe that comes in black and the prettiest fuscia you've ever seen. The upper is a canvas funky pattern with not just a peep toe, but awesome designs and a terrific cork wedge heel. One of my favorite parts, aside from the cork heel (comfort so much comfort!), is the little unique designs that come with every different color. The black have that floral pattern, the yellow have a yawning tiger's mouth, others have floral designs as well. Each shoe looks unique!

It's a very sexy shoe, which normally wouldn't work well with everything, but I just love what I picture when I see this shoe; black pencil skirt suits and fantastically bright red belts. Oh yeah, the lawyer with attitude. Or the librarian with sass. I can't help it! (and I'm not trying to either).

Of those ten years, five (seven now!) have been in a foreign country. So I've had my shoes shipped to Europe. Buying online saves bundles of money for those in the States, and even shipping abroad I only end up paying as much as I would at a department store, shipping included. That's a good bonus because it means I can buy whichever styles I want. At department stores I'd be very limited in choice and excruciatingly limited in choice of wedge shoes.
